Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:
- The service was not delivered as described or agreed upon.
- The client has reported the issue within 30 days of the payment date.
- The project has not yet been completed or significantly progressed.
Please note that refunds are not applicable once the full service or digital product has been delivered and approved by the client.
2. Non-Refundable Services
The following are non-refundable:
- Completed or delivered services.
- Consultation and setup fees.
- Third-party costs (such as software licenses, hosting, or domain fees).
3. Refund Process
To request a refund:

- Provide your invoice number, service details, and reason for refund.
- Our team will review your request within 7–10 business days.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
4. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after the approval notice:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company; it may take time before your refund is officially posted.
